Terms And Conditions
We thank you for using (Your Company Name) ambulance service. We would like to take this opportunity to reminde you of our terms and conditions with regard to invoicing and payments. We would appreciate if you could settle your account either by cash on the day or by invoice within 14 days of the invoice date to prevent interest and late payment fees. You way wish to pay on line by Bank Transfer or by telephone using the telephone number above to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking. This will incurr a £1.50 process charge with all card use.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Where a cancellation cannot be made within 24 hours due to a late booking, a 50% charge of the full invoice amount will be payable.
